Grilled Brie


  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 brie cheese round
  • ½ c. cherry preserves


  1. Heat grill to medium heat. Lightly grease with cooking spray or vegetable oil.
  2. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil on both sides. Grill for a few seconds, turning once, until toasted and grill marks have formed. Transfer to a platter. Set aside.
  3. Brush the brie round with olive oil. Grill for about 2 minutes per side, or until it’s warmed through and begins to get golden brown on each side. Transfer it to a serving platter, and top with the preserves. Eat warm with the grilled bread slices.
